---Posted Originally on 9/1/2007---Both games in LA were of the 1 run variety. The opener went 13 innings. Paul Blair delivered a huge a solo shot in the top of the inning and closer Eddie Watt slammed the door shut on LA. Game 2 saw Dodgers closer Jay Howell blow a 9th inning lead. The games played in Baltimore were not close. The Orioles won 7 to 1 in both contests. NOTES: Dodger reliever Tim Crews was injured in game 1, but returned to pitch in 3 of the 4 games in the series.
